Done

The house is done! Woohoo!!!

Things are pretty much done... boxes are unpacked (there weren't many left, but after 6 months it was time!), pictures are hung, things are taken to the thrift store, the balcony is cleaned off and we are ready for surgery and company.

I should probably clarify that my house was clean. It just needed a few things put away here and there, and some definite reorganizing. The problem is, once I have my surgery my mom will start cleaning and organizing out of sheer nerves... and I don't want her to have to do that. So now it is done and we are ready.

Tomorrow we are packing a lunch and taking the boys to spend the day at Clarkco State Park. From what we have been told it is a really nice park with lots to do for the kids. We are looking for a park close enough that Marty can drive to work. That way, we don't have to take a vacation but can still get some camping in this summer. I'm not sure how soon I will be ready for camping, but with the Aerobed, I think I will be able to eventually get out there.

Oh, and the stomach flu I had? We now think it was food poisoning. Five of us went out Friday night and only three of us got sick. It just so happens that the three of us are the three that ate the same thing for dessert.
